Meet Michael & Terri Sullivant

Spiritual parents, prophetic voices, Life Model Ambassadors, and trusted guides to leaders, churches, and communities worldwide, Michael and Terri Sullivant bring over 40 years of convergent ministry – integrating Word and Spirit, head and heart, theology and intimacy – to call the Body of Christ into deeper connection with God and each other.
Michael is a seasoned pastor, author, teacher, and public speaker renowned for his theological depth, prophetic clarity, and emotionally attuned wisdom. His impact extends through his books – Prophetic Etiquette, The Romance of Romans, and Adoration Prayers and Faces A–Z – which have cultivated spiritual maturity, relational integrity, and resilient joy in countless readers.
Terri, an ordained minister, professional life coach, prophetic writer, and founder of Fully Alive Coaching, empowers men and women alike to embrace wholehearted identity, purpose, and joy. As co-founder of Radius Ministries, she equips others to live out their Kingdom-centered identity in Christ. Her book, The Divine Invitation: Entering the Dance of Becoming Fully Alive, invites women across generations into grace-filled transformation.
Together as a united team, the Sullivants mentor leaders, facilitate healing, and teach on spiritual formation, relational theology, and Life Model practices. Their life together stands as a living parable of grace in suffering, joy through endurance, and growing intimacy with God.
They are devoted parents of five and delighted grandparents. Whether through books, coaching, retreats, or hospitality, Michael and Terri create sacred spaces where people encounter God’s love, rediscover their truest selves, and step boldly into their calling – fully alive and fully His.Learn more about us
What We Offer:
Formation & Coaching
At Radius Ministries, we offer both coaching and formation – each a powerful tool for transformation, but distinct in focus, rhythm, and purpose.
If you’re looking for clarity, structure, and strategy for your future, coaching may be your best next step. If you’re longing for more reflective ways to deepen your relationship with Christ, formation through mentoring may be what your soul is craving.
Either way, the goal is the same:
Live in the Reality of God’s Kingdom – Here and Now
