It’s been awhile!
After finishing my book this spring, I’ve taken time to reconnect with people I love, done quite a bit of traveling, and am now defining my ‘new normal’. Life is different after writing a book. It changes you! Something about pouring out the messages inside you on the pages of a book is profound. It’s a game changer. It gives you perspectives and insights you wouldn’t otherwise have.
If you haven’t heard about the book, it’s called The Divine Invitation: Entering the Dance of Becoming Fully Alive. There are still a few copies of my self-published Author Academy Elite (AAE) version available here or here, as well as plenty of my new edition co-published with Morgan James Publishing and AAE. If you’d like to use the book for a group study, there are free study guides for group leaders here and participants here. On February 12, 2019 it will be available everywhere in every format, including the audiobook on Audible and hopefully a video series to be used with the free study guides. Below is a photo of the book launch party from April 8, 2018 – an amazing group of friends helped pull this off! We released balloons outside in the parking lot with prayers that it would fly far and wide, reaching every person God wants to bless through it!

This year our local football team, the Kansas City Chiefs, has been on a winning streak! We have a rookie quarterback who has been tearing it up on the field this year! His name is Patrick Mahomes. He is making a HUGE difference for everyone around him as he excels in his role as the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs team.
